Contest may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

1. Contest Entry Start/End Dates. Contest begins at 12:00:01 am Pacific Time (“PT”) on February 18, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PT on February 26, 2022 (“Contest Period”).

2. Eligibility. Participation open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Void outside of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of 2K Games, Inc. (“Sponsor”), World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) and their respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of promotion materials, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. How to Enter. During the Contest Period:

Access the TikTok application on your mobile device, and visit the official WWE profile (@wwe) on your TikTok account;
Find the three (3) Superstar entrance videos with the hashtags #WWE2K22 and #ItHitsDifferent;
Duet with one (1) of the three (3) videos (“Video”); and
Post your Video to TikTok with the hashtags #ItHitsDifferent, #WWE2K22 and #Contest in the description and tag @WWE.

To participate in the Contest, you must have a non-private TikTok account. You must have a TikTok app and account to enter the Contest. If you do not have the TikTok app, you may download it through the application store on your mobile device. The TikTok app is free. Data fees may apply if entering the Contest using your mobile device. You should consult your wireless service provider's pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device's features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions.

All Videos, comments, posts and other entry information (excluding any music) shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Submissions” or each as a “Submission.” Submissions must comply with the Guidelines and Restrictions defined below and otherwise comply with these Official Rules. Submissions must meet TikTok's Terms of Service at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-use?lang=en its Community Guidelines at https://support.tiktok.com/en/privacy-safety/community-policy-en.

By entering, each entrant warrants and represents the following with respect to entrant’s Submission: (a) entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of the Submission, apart from any of any intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, names, logos, designs, artwork, publicity rights (or any analogous rights) and characters owned by Sponsor and/or the World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (as applicable) (collectively, “Sponsor IP”), which may only be used pursuant to the limited license described more fully herein; (b) apart from any included Sponsor IP, the Submission is entrant’s own creation; (c) the Submission will not infringe on any rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and/or any other intellectual property right and will not include the name, photo, or likeness of a third party without permission from such third party; (d) the Submission complies with the Guidelines and Restrictions (defined below in Section 4); and (e) the Submission has not been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind, won any kind of award and/or been exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.

If any third parties appear in entrant’s Submission, entrant further represents, warrants and undertakes that each person has given entrant appropriate consent to be filmed, recorded and/or used for purposes of this Contest in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to request third party releases for any third party included in any Submission at any time, which the entrant must procure upon request. Failure to produce fully executed third party releases (if applicable) may result in disqualification of the Submission, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

Providing a Submission constitutes entrant’s consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including for promotional or marketing purposes, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Limit one (1) Submission per person/TikTok account. Entrants are not permitted to submit a Submission more than once during the Contest Period. Duplicate Submissions by the same person will be subject to disqualification. All terms and conditions of TikTok.com apply. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same TikTok account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Submissions by using multiple/different TikTok accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's Submission and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any TikTok account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the account will be deemed to be the entrant and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

All Submissions become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of Submissions will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. By entering the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

4. Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions: By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees that entrant’s Submission conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions set forth below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any Submission and disqualify an entrant or Submission from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the entrant’s Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.

Submission Guidelines:

The Submission must be in a format compatible with TikTok.
The Submission must be no longer than 60 seconds in length.

Content Restrictions:

The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, moral rights, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property rights;
The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, the Contest Parties, or any other person or party;
The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks of any entity other than the Sponsor IP, which entrant has a limited license to use for the sole purpose of creating a Submission in this Contest;
The Submission must not contain footage, images, sounds, or artwork not created by entrant or owned by Sponsor;
The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created; and

The Submission must be consistent with the image and values of Sponsor and be consistent with and satisfy the purpose of the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right to allow for minor fluctuations between the Submission length limitation stated herein and the actual length of a Submission submitted in this Contest, as well as other minor deviations from the Guidelines and Restrictions, based on clear intent to comply with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Each entrant acknowledges that other entrants may have used ideas and/or concepts in their Submission that may be similar in idea or concept to what is included in entrant’s Submission. Each entrant understands and agrees that he/she shall not have any claim against any other entrant or Sponsor arising out any such similarity or be entitled to any compensation because of any such similarity.

5. Sponsor IP. Sponsor grants eligible entrants a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable, license to use the Sponsor IP for the sole purpose of creating and submitting the Submission for review and assessment in this Contest. Entrants are not permitted to make any further use of Sponsor IP for any purpose whatsoever. In addition, entrants recognize that all right, title, and interest in Sponsor IP as well as all derivative works created using Sponsor IP shall vest exclusively to the Sponsor or World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., (as applicable), and entrant agrees that he/she has not and will not take any action that might harm or adversely affect such rights. No right, title, or interest in and to the Sponsor IP except for the limited license granted to entrant in these Official Rules is transferred or created. Each entrant further acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor IP rights are valid and enforceable, and that entrant shall do nothing to challenge the validity or enforceability of Sponsor IP in any forum. Entrants agree that the use of Sponsor IP is permitted only for the purpose of making a Submission for entry in this Contest, and that any use of Sponsor IP (whether in the Submission or otherwise) beyond this scope infringes the rights of Sponsor and/or World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., and will result in irreparable harm to Sponsor and/or World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. If required by Sponsor, in its discretion, and without prejudice to Sponsor’s other potential remedies, entrants will remove entrant’s Submission from any and all platforms and ensure it is no longer publicly accessible without delay.

6. Independently Developed Submissions. Each entrant understands and agrees that Sponsor’s use of independently developed material that is similar to or identical with the Submission or containing features or elements similar to or identical with those contained in the Submission will not obligate Sponsor to negotiate with entrant, nor will it entitle entrant to any compensation of any kind. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that nothing herein shall preclude Sponsor from using any material in or similar to the Submission without any obligation toward the entrant, including, but not limited to, if Sponsor has an independent legal right to use such other material, including without limitation, because such features or elements were not new or novel, or were not originated by entrant, or were or may hereafter be independently created by or submitted to Sponsor.

7. Judging Panel/Judging Criteria. All eligible Submissions will be judged by Sponsor based on the following equally-weighted judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”): (a) Creativity; (b) Originality, and (c) Execution. In the event of a tie, the highest score in the Originality criteria (above) will determine the potential winner from among those tied. Sponsor reserves the right to not award all prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Submissions. Judging scores will not be revealed.

8. Prizes.

Grand Prize:

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Gold PlayStation®5, one (1) Deluxe Edition of WWE 2K22 and one (1) WWE swag bag. (ARV: $10,234)
Runners-up: Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Deluxe Edition of WWE 2K22 and one (1) WWE swag bag (ARV of each prize: $233)

Total ARV of all Prizes combined: $11,399.

TAX GROSS UP PAYMENT: The Grand Prize winner will also receive a check in the amount of $5,040, which winner can use towards any tax liability associated with acceptance and use of the prize. The Grand Prize winner may be required to provide Sponsor a W-9 form. The Grand Prize winner will be issued a 2022 Form 1099-MISC for the actual value of the Grand Prize. Exact content of swag bag will be determined by Sponsor. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions for non-cash prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. All taxes and unspecified costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the responsibility of winners. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person..

9. Notification. Potential winners will be notified on or about February 28, 2022 on TikTok. If a potential winner has enabled direct messaging on their TikTok account, potential winner will be notified via direct message on potential winner’s TikTok account from Sponsor. If a potential winner does not have direct messaging enabled, the potential winner will receive prize notification via a comment on their Submission from Sponsor. Potential winners will be required to email Sponsor within five (5) calendar days of initial notification in order to claim their prize. Potential winners may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release and/or rights transfer document within five (5) calendar days of receipt. Additionally, a potential winner may be required to sign Sponsor’s license agreement and obtain releases from any and all third parties appearing in their Submission. If a potential winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity and rights transfer document must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if potential winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the entrant with the Submission with the next highest score. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

10. Release of Liability. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AND WINNERS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, WWE ENTERTAINMENT, INC. AND OTHER CONTEST PARTIES, TIKTOK, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS AGENCIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED ENTITIES”), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, FOR LOSS, HARM, DAMAGE, INJURY, COST OR EXPENSE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH WHICH MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH, PARTICIPATION IN CONTEST, OR POSSESSION, ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF PRIZE AND FOR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT OR ANY OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY-RELATED CAUSE OF ACTION. Released Entities not responsible if Contest cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, epidemics, pandemics, or acts of terrorism.

11. Publicity Grant. Each entrant, including winner, grants the Released Entities the unconditional, perpetual and worldwide right and/or license to use the entrant’s name, voice, address (city and state only), likeness, photograph, performance, video/film footage, biographical information, Submission and prize information (if any) and/or statements about the Contest for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes and/or for any other purpose for free and without additional compensation, in any media or format now or hereafter known including, but not limited to, in and in connection with WWE 2K22, in any media now known or hereafter invented, including but not limited to, in the WWE 2K22 game and/or soundtrack and on any and all Internet media, including Sponsor’s web sites and social media platforms (i.e., TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Twitch etc.), and hereby releases the Released Entities from any liability with respect thereto.

Sponsor has the right to use entrant’s name and Submission in its advertising, marketing and publicity materials, in its sole and absolute discretion. In addition, Sponsor has the right to require an entrant to change its Submission or portion of its Submission if such Submission or portion of Submission is deemed inappropriate or could violate the right of any third party, including, but not limited, to copyright, trademark or right of publicity or privacy, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Failure to comply with Sponsor’s request to change the Submission in a timely manner may result in disqualification, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

12. Additional Terms.Any attempted form of entry other than as set forth above is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Released Entities are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled Submissions, direct messages, emails, comments, posts, or other communications of any kind, or for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Contest, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest, other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of Submissions, the announcement of the prizes or in any Contest-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Contest should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, epidemics, pandemics, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Sponsor may select the winners from all non-suspect, eligible Submissions received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or platform. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF ANY SITES or PLATFORMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST, AND/OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SITES OR PLATFORMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS CONTEST AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 14. Disputes; Governing Law. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Contest. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Contest, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to New York County in the State of New York. 16. Miscellaneous.The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision herein shall not affect in any way the validity and enforceability of any other provision in these Official Rules. Entrant’s participation in the Contest is also subject to the 2K Games’ Terms of Use available at

IN THE EVENT THERE IS A DISCREPANCY OR INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN DISCLOSURES OR OTHER STATEMENTS CONTAINED IN ANY CONTEST MATERIALS AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFICIAL RULES, THE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL PREVAIL, GOVERN AND CONTROL.
