Bianca’s SummerGlam Contest

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

The Bianca’s SummerGlam Contest (“Contest”) may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible. This Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within the United States. 

1. Eligibility. Participation open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old and who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of date of entry, and who as of June 2, 2024 have access to each of the following: (a) the WWE 2K24 game, and (b) a compatible PC or gaming console to play the WWE 2K24 game. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of 2K Games, Inc. (“Sponsor”), World Wrestling Entertainment, LLC (“WWE”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of Contest materials (collectively, the “Contest Parties”) and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children, and siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible. Only individuals can enter. Entries from teams, companies or groups are not permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry, for whatever reason, including, but not limited to, a perceived or actual conflict of interest. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judge(s), which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. 

2. Start/End Dates. Entry period begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 4, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 12, 2024 (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. 

3. How to Enter. To enter the Contest, read the Official Rules and: 

  1. Create an original outfit design using the Creation Suite tool in the WWE 2K24 game.
  2. Take a video or picture of your completed outfit equipped on Bianca Belair’s in-game character model, with your gamertag visible within the video or picture.
  3. Submit your video or picture as a post on X, Instagram or TikTiok, tagging @WWEGames, and including the hashtags #BiancaSummerGlamContest and #2KContest. Alternatively, on X (Twitter) you can submit your video or picture as a reply/comment to Sponsor’s Contest tweet/post, which will be labeled “Bianca’s SummerGlam Contest”, with the hashtags #BiancaSummerGlamContest and #2KContest in the reply/comment and tag @WWEGames. See individual platform guidelines for specific instructions on how to upload video and picture. 

If you do not have an X, Instagram or TikTok account, establishing an account is free. All applicable platform terms apply.  The applicable account must be set to “public” in order for your entry to be eligible. You can return the applicable account to private any time after the winner has been announced. 

All entry information, videos, pictures, designs, and posts shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Submissions” or each as a “Submission.” All Submissions must comply with the Guidelines and Restrictions (as defined below), as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Contest in the event an insufficient number of Submissions are received that meet the minimum judging criteria. 

By entering, each entrant warrants and represents the following with respect to their Submission: (a) entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of all aspects of the Submission, apart from any of Sponsor’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, designs, artwork, and characters (“Sponsor IP”), which may only be used pursuant to the limited license described more fully herein; (b) apart from any included Sponsor IP, the Submission is entrant’s own creation and is 100% original; (c) the Submission will not infringe on any rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and/or any other intellectual property right and will not include the name, photo, or likeness of any third parties; (d) the Submission complies with the Guidelines and Restrictions (defined below); and (e) the Submission has not been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind, won any kind of award and/or been exhibited or displayed publicly through any means. 

Limit one (1) Submission per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple Submissions from any person will be void. Any attempted form of entry other than as set forth in Section 3 above is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. All Submissions become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt will not be acknowledged. Only Submissions that comply fully with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor, are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. 

4. Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”):  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify a Submission and the entrant who submitted from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the entrant’s Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. 

Submission Guidelines: 

  • The Submission must include the outfit design equipped on Bianca Belair’s in-game character model;
  • The outfit design included in the Submission is not required to include any customizations to Bianca Belair’s hairstyle, and the hairstyle will not be considered in this Contest. Only the top, bottoms, shoes, and accessories will be judged in this Contest; and

  • All Submissions must be submitted in accordance with entry instructions in Section 3 above and otherwise comply with these Official Rules.

Content Restrictions: 

  • The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property rights; 
  • The outfit design included in the Submission must not contain any content that was added to the WWE 2K24 game via modified software or “mods”;
  • The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, its products or services, the other Contest Parties or their respective products or services, or any other person or party;
  • The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks of any entity other than the Sponsor IP, which entrant has a limited license to use for the sole purpose of creating a Submission in this Contest;
  • The Submission must not contain footage, music, images or artwork not created by entrant or owned by Sponsor; 
  • The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
  • The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created;
  • The Submission must comply with X (Twitter), Instagram, and/or TikTok terms and conditions (as applicable). 

Entrants acknowledge that other entrants may have used ideas and/or concepts in their Submission that may have similarities to ideas or concepts included in entrant’s Submission, and entrants understand and agree that they shall not in any way be entitled to any compensation because of any such similarities. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules.

5. License to Submissions. Providing a Submission constitutes entrant’s consent to grant Sponsor and WWE and their respective successors, assigns and licensees a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, in perpetuity, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including for promotional or marketing purposes. 

ALL ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SPONSOR OR WWE SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION, EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY SET FORTH HEREIN, TO POST, DISPLAY, OR OTHERWISE USE ANY SUBMISSIONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WINNING SUBMISSION(S). FOR SAKE OF CLARITY, ENTRANTS UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT EVEN IF ENTRANT IS A WINNING SUBMISSION SPONSOR AND/OR WWE IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION, EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY SET FORTH HEREIN, TO USE THE WINNING SUBMISSION FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER. HOWEVER, SPONSOR AND WWE WILL HAVE THE RIGHT, BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION, EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY SET FORTH HEREIN AND AS DETERMINED BY IT IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO USE THE WINNING SUBMISSION. IF ANY SUBMISSION IS USED BY SPONSOR, INCLUDING THE WINNING SUBMISSIONS, ENTRANTS WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMISSION ON ANY PRODUCTS OR MERCHANDISE WITH SUCH ENTRANT’S SUBMISSION (IF APPLICABLE). 

6. Independently Developed Submissions. Each entrant understands and agrees that Sponsor and/or WWE may independently develop material similar to or identical with the Submission or containing features or elements similar to or identical with those contained in the Submission which will not obligate Sponsor or WWE to negotiate with entrant, nor will it entitle entrant to any compensation of any kind. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that nothing herein shall preclude Sponsor or WWE from using any material in or similar to the Submission without obligation to entrant, including, but not limited to, if Sponsor or WWE has or has determined that it has an independent legal right to use such other material, including without limitation, because such features or elements were not new or novel, or were not originated by entrant, or were or may hereafter be independently created by or submitted to Sponsor.

7. Winner Determination. Sponsor and/or its designated judge(s), determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, shall review all eligible Submissions to select one (1) winner based on the following equally-weighted judging criteria (“Judging Panel Criteria”): (a) originality; (b) real life wearability; and (c) creativity. Subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules, the entrant who submitted the highest scoring Submission shall be designated as the “Winner.” In the event of a tie, all tied entries will be re-judged by an additional judge selected by Sponsor who will break the tie using the Judging Panel Criteria. Sponsor reserves the right to not award the prize if, in its sole discretion it does not receive a sufficient number of qualified and eligible Submissions. Judging scores will not be revealed.

8. Winner Notification and Conditions. Potential Winner will be notified via direct message on or about June 24, 2024 and will be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit (or, Declaration) of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release and W-9 Form and/or rights transfer document within ten (10) days of prize notification. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted within three (3) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the potential Winner rejects the prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the runner-up. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. 

In addition, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to conduct a background check on potential Winner. Potential Winner must provide authorization and/or complete any forms reasonably required to facilitate such background check. Failure to comply with such search may result in disqualification and may result in selection of a runner-up (time permitting). Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify a potential Winner based on the results of such background check, if the Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion that awarding this opportunity to such potential Winner might reflect negatively on the Contest, Sponsor, and/or the Contest Parties. Factors that may result in disqualification of a potential Winner include, without limitation, conviction of a felony or misdemeanor, or any other criminal or civil offense as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor or, if Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that awarding a prize to such individual may reflect unfavorably on the Contest, Sponsor, and/or the Contest Parties.

9. Prize. One (1) prize is available to be awarded as follows: 

One (1) trip for Winner and one (1) guest to WWE SummerSlam. scheduled to take place on August 3, 2024 in Cleveland, Ohio (“Event”).  Prize includes round-trip coach-class air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near Winner’s residence (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Cleveland, Ohio; one (1) standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (including resort and service fees and taxes) for three (3) days and two (2) nights, at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; ground transportation to/from the airport, to/from the venue and the applicable hotel; two (2) tickets to attend the Event; and a meet and greet with Bianca Belair, during which Bianca will wear an outfit that is similar to the outfit design included in Winner’s Submission. The exact details of such meet and greet will be at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. In the event the meet and greet does not take place at Event, winner will be entitled to an additional trip to a WWE Premium Live Event [within 2024/2025] to be determined by Sponsor where the meet and greet will be awarded. Winner will also receive an Xbox Series X console with a Bianca Belair themed skin. 

Approximate Retail Value of the prize package: $3,199.00 - $5,299.00 (USD), depending on whether the meet-and-greet takes placed at the Event. Actual value may vary depending on air flight fluctuations and Winner’s residence. The Winner will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value or the difference between one trip or two if the second trip is not required because the meet-and-greet take place at the Event.

EVENT AND TICKET CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Event tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of any Event tickets awarded will govern if the Event does not take place due to weather, an act of God, threat or act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Seat locations will be determined by the Sponsor. The Released Entities (defined below), and/or any other relevant party, reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the Winner or guest who engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Event. Unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or applied towards tickets for any subsequent years. No responsibility is assumed by the Released Entities for any cancelled, rescheduled, delayed or postponed Event. Tickets cannot be bartered, auctioned, or sold by Winner.

TRIP CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Taxes, meals, gratuities, baggage fees, additional ground transportation, souvenirs, travel upgrades, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of the winner. Travel and accommodations subject to availability; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor and the other Released Entities are NOT liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights. Winner and guest will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification relating to acceptance and use of the travel prize packages. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to Winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference e in prize value, if any. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize and/or any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsor’s agent. Winner must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select travel dates acceptable to Winner. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contest, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Unless child of Winner, guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. Guest must execute a travel and publicity release.  

GENERAL PRIZE CONDITION AND RESTRICTIONS: Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Winner will be issued a 1099 for the actual value of the prize for which Winner will be required to provide their Social Security Number. Prize (nor any portion thereof) is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

10. Publicity Grant. Participation in Contest and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor and WWE to use his/her name, address (city and state and country), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, Submission and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Contest or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.  

11. Release of Liability. By participating, entrants and the winner agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its partners and promotion and advertising agencies, World Wrestling Entertainment, LLC, X, TikTok, Inc., Meta Platforms (dba Instagram), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Entities”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. The Released Entities are not responsible if Contest cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.

The Released Entities are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled Submissions, direct messages, emails, or other communications of any kind, or for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Contest, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. The Released Entities are also not responsible for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of Submissions, the announcement of the prize, or in any Contest-related materials. 

12. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Contest should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect Submissions received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN ANY ASPECT OF THE CONTEST. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED ENTITIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO ENTRANT FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED $10. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS CONTEST AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"  WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO ENTRANT. CHECK ENTRANT’S LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

14. Disputes; Governing Law. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Contest. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York. 

THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Contest, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

15. Use of Data. Sponsor will be collecting personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.take2games.com/privacy. By participating in the Contest, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. 

16. List of Winners. To obtain the winner’s name (first name, last initial and state of residence), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by July 24, 2024 to: Winner’s List Request, 2K Games, Inc., 10 Hamilton Landing, Novato CA 94949 and include the following reference: Bianca’s SummerGlam Contest.

17. Sponsor. 2K Games, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the United States company Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. The Sponsor’s address is 2K Games, Inc., 10 Hamilton Landing, Novato CA 94949.
